It can take 24 to 48 hours for shipment tracking to update after you ship or drop off your return. Until the carrier's first scan reaches us, you may still get reminders.
- Shipped within the last 48 hours? You can ignore the reminder while tracking catches up.
- Shipped more than 48 hours ago and still getting reminders? Contact our support team with your Return ID and tracking number, and we'll look into it.
- The retailer didn't ask you to ship your items back, but you're getting reminders? Contact our support team.
When reminders are sent
We send reminders by email and text in the days leading up to your due date, whether you chose a refund or an instant exchange. They stop as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier. If you chose an instant exchange, your due date is for your return only, so you'll still get reminders even if your new order hasn't arrived yet.
