Reshop does not support or encourage combining multiple returns into one package. Only items from the same single return order should be combined in one shipment.

If you have more than one return order, please keep each return separate and use the shipping label or QR code for that specific return. Combining multiple returns into one shipment can prevent us from tracking and processing your returns correctly.How to prepare your return
When preparing your package, make sure you only include items from one return order. Use the shipping label or QR code that matches that return order so our system can identify it correctly.- Gather the items from the same return order you want to send back.
- Print or open the shipping label or QR code for that return order.
- Place or attach the label as instructed for that return.
- Ship the items in one package for that single return order.
If you already combined returns
If you already sent multiple returns in one shipment, please contact us with your refund ID(s) and the tracking number used so we can update our system.Important notes
