Who can request an extension?
You’re eligible if:
- Your return is still in progress (hasn’t been shipped yet)
- You haven’t already requested an extension for this return
- Your current shipping deadline hasn’t passed
How to extend your shipping deadline
- Head to https://web.reshop.com/accounts
- Find the return you need more time for
- Select the return to open the details
- Tap Extend Shipping Deadline
- Confirm your new deadline
That’s it. Your deadline will automatically be extended by up to 7 days, and you’ll see the updated date right away.
Good to know
Extensions can only be used once per return, so make sure you’re ready to ship within the new timeframe.
If your items aren’t shipped by the extended deadline, your backup payment method on file may be charged for the refund amount as well as an unreturned item charge.
