You can locate your shipping label or QR code in the return confirmation you received from the retailer or Reshop. Alternatively, open the Reshop app and find the shipping label or QR code in the refund details section. Look for a link to shipping instructions for easy access to your shipping label or QR code.
If you have not received your shipping label or QR code or need a new one sent to you, contact support. Once your details are verified, the shipping label or QR code will be resent to you.
If you missed the return deadline, you can still use the same shipping label or QR code provided earlier. Be sure to get a drop-off receipt from the carrier for your records.
