If you're planning to return your items:
You should NOT cancel your Reshop refund. If you've already received your refund, simply complete your return using the shipping label provided within 7 days.
If you've decided to keep your items:
You can cancel your refund at web.reshop.com/accounts. When you cancel, you'll keep the refund you received, and your backup payment method will be charged for the refund amount within 1–3 business days.
Important things to know
- Once your refund is cancelled, you'll no longer need to ship your items back to the retailer
- You won't be charged any unreturned item charges when you voluntarily cancel your refund
- Make sure to cancel before you ship your items to avoid any complications
