If you change your mind about your return and would like to cancel your Reshop refund, here's how:
How to cancel your refund
For refunds to Reshop Card, debit card, or bank account:
You can cancel your refund directly in the Reshop app:
- Log into the Reshop app
- Navigate to your return
- Select the option to cancel
The refund will be reversed from your payment method, typically within 1-3 business days.
For refunds to your original payment method:
If you're planning to return your items:
You should NOT cancel your Reshop refund. You've already been refunded to your original payment method, and you should complete your return using the shipping label we provided. Simply ship your items back within 7 days.
If you've decided to keep your items:
You can cancel your refund in the Reshop app using the same steps above. When you cancel:
- The refund you received on your original card will remain there
- Your backup payment method will be automatically charged for the refund amount
- This charge typically processes within 1-3 business days
Important things to know
- Once your refund is cancelled, you'll no longer need to ship your items back to the retailer
- You won't be charged any non-shipment fees when you voluntarily cancel your refund
- Make sure to cancel before you ship your items to avoid any complications
