Yes. You can use Reshop for a refund or an instant exchange on purchases made with Buy Now, Pay Later.
Reshop works with BNPL providers including Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay and similar services.
If you choose a refund
Refund to your original payment method: your refund goes back through your BNPL provider automatically, just like a standard refund from the retailer.
- Your instalment plan is adjusted under your provider's terms.
- Payments you've already made may be refunded, depending on your provider.
- Remaining scheduled payments may be reduced or cancelled.
- Your refund is processed straight away. Your BNPL account usually updates within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your provider.
Refund to a debit card, credit card or bank account: you can choose this instead. If you do, you're still responsible for your remaining BNPL payments with your provider.
If you choose an instant exchange
The value of your return goes towards your new order, so your BNPL plan for the original purchase continues as normal.
- New item costs more? You pay the difference to your payment method on file. It isn't added to your BNPL plan.
- New item costs less? We refund the difference to your BNPL provider, and your plan is adjusted under your provider's terms. It may take 1 to 5 business days to show.
- Same price? There's nothing to pay, and your BNPL plan doesn't change.
- If the retailer cancels your new order, we refund it in full, and the part paid with BNPL goes back to your BNPL provider.
Payment method on file
You need a debit or credit card as your payment method on file, whichever option you choose. Nothing is charged as long as your items are sent back on time, apart from any difference you choose to pay for a more expensive new order.
Good to know
- Payment timing: your BNPL payments may not stop straight away. Account updates can take a few business days.
- Already paid off your plan? Refunds usually go back to the card you used for your BNPL payments, under your provider's policy.
- Send your items back within 7 days. If your return isn't dropped off on time, we charge the return value to your payment method on file, and an unreturned item charge may apply.
