Refunds to your bank account typically arrive within 1 business day. If it's been longer, your bank details may need to be verified or updated.
Why haven't I received my refund?
There are two reasons your bank refund may be delayed or missing:
1. Your bank details on file may be incorrect or your Plaid connection needs refreshing Reshop uses Plaid to securely send your refund to your bank account. If your bank login details have changed, or your account has been updated, the connection may need to be re-established.
To check and update your bank details, visit: 🔗 web.reshop.com/payment-method/details
Sign in and follow the prompts to verify or reconnect your bank account via Plaid.
After updating, we'll automatically retry processing your refund.
2. Your refund was processed but hasn't appeared yet If your bank details are correct and your refund shows as disbursed on our end, it may still be processing. Bank transfers can take up to 1 business day to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing schedule.
If it's been more than 1 business day and your details are correct, contact us and we'll trace the payment for you.
Important timing If we can't process your refund within 3 days of approval, it will be canceled. You can still return your items using the shipping label we provided, and your refund will be issued directly by the retailer.
Is this about a charge to your bank account instead? If your bank account was charged (rather than credited), this may be related to your backup funding source. See: Why am I being charged for my Refund?
