What to do
Check your account details
Go to Profile → Payment Details and verify your bank account information is correct.
Update your bank information if needed
- Go to Profile → Payment Details
- Select Update Bank Account Details
- Follow the prompts to reconnect via Plaid
After updating, we'll automatically retry processing your refund.
Important timing
If we can't process your Reshop refund within 3 days of approval, it will be canceled. You can still return your items using the shipping label we provided, and the refund will be issued directly by the retailer.
