If your Reshop refund hasn't reached your bank account after 1 business day, there might be a delay. Here’s what you can do to get it sorted out:
1. Double-check your account details:
Make sure the account holder's name, routing number, and account number you provided are correct. These details are essential for your Reshop refund to go through smoothly.
2. Need to update your bank information?
If you need to verify or change your bank details, you can do so directly in the Reshop app. Just go to your profile, select Payment Details, and update your information. Once updated, we’ll automatically retry processing your Reshop refund.
Important:
If we're unable to process your Reshop refund to your bank account within 3 days of approval, it will be canceled. You can still return your items, and you’ll receive your refund directly from the retailer.
Still no Reshop refund?
If you’ve confirmed your details are correct and it’s been more than 1 business day, reach out to us, and we’ll resolve it right away.
