Reshop makes it easy to get refunds sent straight to your debit card or back to the card you originally used to make your purchase. Here's what to expect:
Timing: Most refunds should appear on your card instantly — though in some cases, it can take up to 30 minutes. Refunds to your original payment method may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Cost: A small Reshop Fee applies when you choose to send a refund to your debit card or original payment method. This fee covers the cost of handling the transaction and processing with your card provider. The fee amount is always shown before you confirm your refund destination.
Repurchase charges: If you receive a refund with a Reshop Fee and do not return your item, your repurchase charge will be based on the full original refund amount — not the net amount you received after the fee was deducted.
