Quick answer: This usually means your bank account details are incorrect. Check and update them in Profile → Payment Details.
What causes this error
Invalid routing number, account number, or account holder name prevents us from sending your refund.
How to fix it
1. Check your account details
Go to Profile → Payment Details and verify your bank account information is correct.
2. Update incorrect details
If anything needs to be corrected:
- In Payment Details, select Update Bank Account Details
- Tap Link your bank with Plaid
- Follow the prompts to reconnect
We'll automatically retry processing your refund once your details are updated.
Critical timing
If we can't successfully process your refund within 3 days of approval, your Reshop refund will be canceled. You can still return your items using the shipping label, and the refund will be issued directly by the retailer.
