If you've encountered an error in the Reshop app stating that we were unable to send your money, it's likely due to invalid routing and banking account details. Here's how to address this issue:
Check your account details:
Ensure that the account holder's name, routing number, and account number you provided are accurate. These details are crucial for a smooth refund process.
Incorrect details?
If you need to double-check or update your bank account information, you can do so directly through the Reshop app. Simply navigate to your profile and select Payment Details. Once your bank account details are updated, we will automatically reattempt to process your refund.
IMPORTANT: If we are unable to successfully process your refund to your bank account within 3 days of being approved, your Reshop refund will be canceled. If you still choose to return your items, you’ll get your refund directly from the retailer.
