If you started the refund process but didn’t finish, you will still usually have until the end of the retailer’s return window to complete your claim. Simply open your Reshop app, tap ‘Get Refund,’ and pick up right where you left off.
Once you claim your refund, you’ll have 7 days to ship your item(s) back to the retailer using the provided shipping label. If you don’t complete the refund claim before the retailer’s return window closes, you will no longer be eligible for a refund through Reshop. In that case, if you still return your item(s), your refund will be processed in accordance with the retailer’s standard return policy.
