Why do I need a backup payment method?
A backup payment method protects both you and the retailer. If you don't ship your items within 7 days or if your return doesn't meet the retailer's return policy, Reshop will charge your backup payment method to reverse the refund. This allows us to give you your funds upfront while ensuring the return process is completed.
