Shipping label & tracking: Find your shipping label and tracking number on the returns confirmation page linked in your Reshop refund email or the retailer’s return confirmation email.
After drop-off: If you’ve shipped your item, the carrier will provide a drop-off confirmation, your tracking number will be on that receipt.
In the app: Open the Reshop app, tap your return, and check the refund details for a link to shipping instructions, which may also include your tracking number.
