Changed your mind about returning everything? No problem. If you've started a return but decided to keep some items, we can update your return before it's reaches the retailer.
How it works
- Tell us which items you're keeping and which you're still returning.
- We'll update your return to include only the items you're sending back.
- Your refund will be adjusted automatically.
- We'll charge your backup payment method for the items you've decided to keep.
Example
You ordered two pairs of shoes and started a return for both. Later, you decide to keep the black pair. We'll update your return to include only the white pair, adjust your refund, and charge your backup payment method for the black pair.
Good to know
- Your shipping label stays the same.
- The retailer automatically receives the updated return details.
- You don't need to create a new return.
How to request a change
Contact our Customer Service team before you ship your return and include:
- Your Refund ID
- The items you're keeping
- The items you're returning
