To drop off your return using a QR code, open the return confirmation email you received from the retailer and follow the link to your returns confirmation page. You'll find your QR code there, along with instructions on how to locate eligible drop-off locations nearby. Show this code at the drop-off location and they'll take care of the rest — no need for a printed label.
Please note: UPS uses barcodes, not QR codes, so for UPS drop-offs you'll be provided with a barcode to scan instead.
If you can't find your return confirmation email, please contact the retailer directly and they'll be able to resend it.
