The Non-Shipment Charge applies if you fail to comply with your Reshop Refund Agreement by either not shipping or dropping off your items within the specified return window. You can find the return window displayed when you agree to your refund and access it in your dashboard for reference.
The Non-Shipment Charge is $10, but capped at 10% of the associated refund.
This charge is intended to offset some of the added costs and expenses we incur related to a breach of your Reshop Refund Agreement.
The Non-Shipment Charge is automatically applied based on shipment or drop off tracking events. If you've shipped or dropped off your package on time but the tracking information hasn't been updated, please reach out to us for assistance.
