The Reshop Visa® Prepaid Card and Reshop Visa® General Purpose Prepaid Card programs ended on October 29, 2026. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive your funds.
If you've received an email from us about your balance, you can request Reshop to transfer your remaining balance via ACH directly to your bank account.
How to request a transfer
- Open the email from no-reply@reshop.com titled "Important information about your Reshop Visa® General Purpose Prepaid Card" or "Important information about your Reshop Visa® Prepaid Card".
- Select Request Your Balance Transfer Link to open our secure transfer request page.
- Select Connect a bank account. Funds can only be sent to a US bank account. We use Plaid to securely connect and verify your account.
- Review the Reshop Card Balance Transfer Authorization, then tick both boxes.
- Select Authorize Balance Transfer.
You'll see a confirmation once your authorization has been recorded. No further action is needed.
When do I need to do this by?
Please submit your request by November 9th, 2026. If you don't submit a transfer request, your remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the existing Card closure process, including issuance of a check if your balance is $1.00 or greater.
What happens next?
We'll send your remaining Reshop Card balance to your bank account in a one-time ACH transfer. The final amount is subject to balance verification, and timing may vary by bank.
If your bank returns the transfer, we'll contact you to update your details. If it still can't be completed, your balance will be handled under the Reshop Card Program closure process, including issuance of a check where applicable.
Can I send my balance to a debit card or another account?
No. Funds can only be sent to a US bank account.

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from no-reply@reshop.com. If you still can't find it, contact our Customer Service team at https://help.reshop.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
I've already spent or transferred my balance.
If you have already spent or withdrawn your remaining balance, no further action is required.
