What is the Reshop Card?
The Reshop Card is a virtual prepaid Visa debit card, which you can find in your Reshop app and can be used anywhere Visa is accepted online or contactless in stores.
Where can I use my Reshop Card?
One of the most significant advantages of the Reshop Card is that once your money is on the Reshop Card, you can use it straight away and with flexibility. When you receive instant refunds to your Reshop Card, you can shop again right away for something else you love.
You can use your Reshop Card to shop online, anywhere Visa is accepted. You can also add it to your Apple/Google wallet to use it contactless in stores. This opens up a world of possibilities for you to make secure and convenient online and in-person purchases.
Can I use the Reshop Card in-store with my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes! You can add the Reshop Card to your Apple or Google Wallet; enabling you to spend contactless in stores wherever Visa is accepted.
Can I add money to my Reshop Card, so I can spend more?
With the Reshop Card, you can spend up to your available balance but you cannot add funds. However, you can enhance your shopping experience with the new Reshop Reloadable Card, which allows you to transfer funds from a linked bank account to your balance and spend on the things you love most. To get the Reshop Reloadable Card, just open your Reshop app and tap 'add funds' to begin requesting your new Reshop Reloadable Card.
Are there any fees or charges for using the Reshop Card?
There is no fee to use your Reshop Card to buy goods and services from online retailers, payment platforms, or over the phone. However, an inactivity fee may apply.
Inactivity Fee:
If there are no transactions made using your Reshop Card within the prior 12 months, an inactivity fee will be applied of $3 or the remaining balance on your card, whichever is lower. To avoid inactivity fees, make sure to use your Reshop Card at least once every 12 months.
