The Reshop Visa® Prepaid Card and Reshop Visa® General Purpose Prepaid Card programs ended on October 29, 2026. Your card can no longer be used for purchases or other spending.
Can I still see my balance?
Yes. You can view your remaining balance in the Reshop app.
What happens to my remaining balance?
If you have a remaining balance of $1.00 or greater, we'll send you a check for the remaining funds to the address on file.
- Checks will be sent within 60 days of the card closure.
- You won't be charged any fees for this.
- If your address has changed, please contact our Customer Service team so we can update it.
What if my balance is less than $1.00?
If your remaining balance is less than $1.00 and you'd like to receive a check, please contact our Customer Service team. Otherwise, the remaining funds will be handled in accordance with applicable unclaimed property requirements.
What about automatic payments?
Any recurring or automatic payments linked to your Reshop Card will no longer be processed. Please update your payment details with those merchants.
I'm expecting a refund to my Reshop Card. What happens to it?
Please contact our Customer Service team so we can look into it for you.
Can I still get refunds with Reshop?
Yes. Reshop refunds are continuing. Only the Reshop Card program has ended.
