Sometimes a retailer cancels the new order from an instant exchange, or the new order can't be created after you've submitted your return. If that happens, we'll email you to let you know your new order was cancelled or your exchange couldn't be completed, and refund the full amount you paid.
Your refund
The return credit used on your new order goes back to the payment method you used for your original order. It may take 1 to 5 business days to show.
Any difference you paid for your new order goes back to your payment method on file. It may take 5 to 10 business days to process.
If these are different payment methods, you'll see two refunds.
Do I still need to send my return?
Yes, if you haven't already. Your original return is still due by your due date, and the usual charges may apply if it isn't dropped off. If your return is already on its way, there's nothing more you need to do.
Who decides to cancel an order?
The retailer decides whether to cancel an order. For more information, please contact the retailer.
