With an instant exchange, you get your new item without waiting for your return to reach the retailer.
- Start your return in the retailer's returns flow and choose instant exchange.
- Choose what you want instead: a different size or colour, or, where the retailer allows it, a different item.
- Add your payment method on file. If your new item costs more, you pay the difference here, in the same step.
- Your new order is placed straight away and ships on the retailer's usual timeline. We'll email you a confirmation with your return due date.
- Send your original item back within 7 days, using the shipping label or QR code from the retailer. We'll remind you before your due date.
Once the retailer receives and accepts your return, you're done.
What if my return isn't sent back?
If your return isn't dropped off by your due date, we may charge the return value to your payment method on file, and an unreturned item charge may apply. You can still send it after that. See What is the Unreturned Item Charge?
