Your retailer has partnered with Reshop to make eligible refunds available faster.
When your refund is issued through a Reshop-powered return experience, your refund is instantly issued, powered by Reshop, and sent back to the original payment method you used at checkout.
Your funds are returned to the same card you used for your purchase, just like a traditional retailer refund, with the added benefit that eligible returns can receive their refund before the retailer receives the returned items.
How it works
1. Provide a backup payment method
You'll need to provide a valid debit or credit card as a backup payment method.
This helps protect both you and the retailer by ensuring your return is completed as expected.
2. Your refund is instantly issued
Once your refund request is approved, your retailer issues your refund through Reshop.
You don't need to wait for your items to be received before your refund is issued.
3. Funds appear on your original payment method
Your refund typically appears within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Ship your items within 7 days
After receiving your refund, you must ship your items back to the retailer using the provided return label.
What payment methods can receive a refund?
Refunds can be issued back to eligible original payment methods, including:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Buy Now, Pay Later services where supported by the provider
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Refunds are sent to the underlying card linked to your wallet.
What happens if I don't ship my items?
If you don't ship your items within 7 days:
- Your backup payment method may be charged to reverse the refund amount issued through Reshop.
- An Unreturned Item Charge may apply.
- Your original refund sent to your original payment method will remain unchanged.
If you ship your return after the 7-day window, the reversal amount may be refunded back to your backup payment method once your return has been confirmed.

No. Once your retailer has issued your refund, the refund method cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my refund?
