You can return your new order by starting a new return through the retailer's returns flow and shipping it back using the method provided. In-store returns aren't available.
- Your refund: the retailer and its returns platform will let you know about your refund. Any difference you paid for your new order is refunded to your payment method on file when the retailer processes your return.
- Instant exchange isn't available for a new order from an instant exchange. You can still use the retailer's standard return or exchange.
What about my original return?
Your original return is separate. If you haven't sent it yet, it's still due by its due date.
If you'd rather keep your original item, contact our support team to cancel your original return. We may charge the return value to your payment method on file. See Can I cancel or change my return?
