Want to keep some of your items?
Changed your mind about returning everything? No problem. If you've started a return but decided to keep some items, you can update your return before you ship it.
How it works
- Tell us which items you're keeping and which you're still returning.
- Your return details will be updated to include only the items you're sending back.
- Your refund amount will be adjusted automatically.
- The value of any items you keep will be charged to your backup payment method.
Example
You ordered two pairs of shoes and started a return for both. Later, you decide to keep the black pair. Your return will be updated to include only the white pair, your refund amount will be adjusted, and the value of the black pair will be charged to your backup payment method.
Good to know
- Your existing shipping label will still work.
- Your retailer will automatically receive the updated return details.
- You don't need to create a new return.
How to request a change
Contact our Customer Service team before you ship your return and include:
- Your Refund ID
- The items you're keeping
- The items you're returning
