Quick answer: Make sure you're using your online banking username and password (the same ones you use for your bank's app or website). If you see an error, your bank may not be supported by Plaid yet.

Reshop uses Plaid to securely connect to your bank. You'll log in using your regular online banking credentials — the same username and password you use for your bank's app or website.
Common connection issues
"Bank not supported" error
Some smaller banks and credit unions aren't supported by Plaid yet. If you see this error, you'll need to choose a different bank or financial institution that Plaid supports.
Session timeout
If your session stays inactive too long, you'll be automatically logged out as a security measure. Just reopen the Reshop app and start again when you're ready.
Connection keeps failing
Make sure you have a strong internet connection. A slow connection can cause Plaid to time out.
