Reshop uses Plaid to securely connect your bank account for fast refunds. Sometimes, you’ll be asked to update this connection—here’s why:
Why updates happen
-
You changed your login: Updating your username or password at your bank breaks the link with Plaid.
-
Your bank added new security steps: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) may need to be re-verified.
-
There’s a connection issue: Locked or restricted accounts can’t process refunds until reconnected.
-
You added new accounts: Re-authenticating gives you the option to link them too.
Plaid’s update mode is a secure way to refresh your bank connection without setting it up from scratch. It ensures Reshop can continue processing your refunds without delays.
How to update
