If you're planning to return your items
You don't need to cancel your refund.
If you've already received your refund, simply ship your items back to the retailer using the provided return label within 7 days.
If you've decided to keep your items
If you've decided not to return your items, you can cancel your refund at web.reshop.com/accounts.
When you cancel:
- You'll keep the refund that was issued to your original payment method.
- Your backup payment method will be charged for the refunded amount, typically within 1 to 3 business days.
- You won't need to return your items to the retailer.
To cancel your refund, sign in to your account and follow the prompts to cancel your refund.
Important things to know
- Once your refund is cancelled, you no longer need to ship your items back to the retailer.
- You won't be charged an Unreturned Item Charge when you voluntarily cancel your refund.
- If you've already shipped your return, don't cancel your refund. Your return will continue to be processed as normal.
