If we couldn't charge your payment method on file, you'll have a payment due. This can happen for:
- A return value charge or unreturned item charge, if your return wasn't dropped off by the due date
- Cancelling your return and keeping your items
- A charge after the retailer rejected or adjusted your return
- A refund reversal or other fee
We'll let you know by email and text, and we'll try your payment method on file again automatically.
How to make your payment
- Check that your payment method on file has enough funds available.
- If you need to use a different card, update it at web.reshop.com/payment-method/details.
- We'll try the charge again automatically once your details are updated. You don't need to do anything else.
Still have your items?
If you're being charged because your return wasn't dropped off, you can still send it. Drop off your return using the shipping label or QR code you were already given, and you won't owe this amount. As soon as your return is scanned by the carrier, we stop trying to collect the payment.
What happens if the payment stays unpaid
We'll keep reminding you and trying your payment method on file. If the payment remains unpaid, it may be referred to our external collections agency.
